Packaging Operator - 1st shift

Our client, a manufacturing and packaging company, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator
Shift: Monday - Friday. 6:30am - 2pm.
Location: Seabrook, NH 
Pay Range: $20.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate filling and packaging equipment to meet production requirements.
• Make adjustments to packaging machinery, including labelers, scales, tape machines, and date coders.
• Assemble cartons and package products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Fill, cap, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Support SPC data collection, housekeeping standards, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to operate packaging or production equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and packaging specifications.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
