Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a production associate to join their dedicated team. As a production associate you will be an essential part of the industrial operations supporting the production and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Packing and Staging

Location: New Castle, DE

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Rotating shift, 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am

What's the Job?

  • Assist in removing large rolls of plastic from machines and preparing them for staging.
  • Operate machinery to lift and move materials efficiently and safely.
  • Support shrink wrapping and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Dependability and punctuality to work entire shifts as scheduled.
  • Basic understanding of packing and staging processes.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
