Production Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and team development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Kokomo, IN

Pay Range: $40-$42

Shift: Must be available 1st 2nd and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ensure team safety by enforcing safety protocols and promoting a safe workplace culture.
• Coordinate activities to meet production plans and business metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Build and develop teams through training, coaching, and effective resource allocation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
