Warehouse Order Picker / Packer

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker / Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Order Picker / Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker / Packer

Location: Riverside, MO

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm and Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Stocking and dressing shelves, retrieving products from pallets, and placing them on shelving units
• Pulling orders in preparation for shipment, including walking, pushing carts, reaching, bending, and ladder climbing
• Scanning orders for shipments, ensuring accuracy across various product shapes, sizes, and weights
• Packaging orders of different sizes and weights, following packaging guidelines to prevent damage and reduce costs
• Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse environment, including sweeping, sanitizing, and trash removal

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least two years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to operate a box cutter safely and handle lifting up to 60 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Willingness to work in a physically active environment with standing, bending, and reaching
