Our client, in the manufacturing and fixture installation industry, is seeking dedicated General Laborers to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the installation support team, helping to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions accurately, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Laborers

Location: Dubois, PA

Pay Range: $20/hour

Shift:  8:00 am - 4:45 pm (45 minute lunch)

What's the Job?

• Unload new fixture pallets from trucks efficiently and safely.
• Unpack pallets and assemble fixtures according to installer instructions.
• Put shelves on fixtures as part of the assembly process.
• Lift up to 45 pounds regularly to support fast-paced project needs.
• Maintain high energy levels and focus throughout the 8-hour workdays.

• Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability.
• Good understanding of English for clear communication.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently.
