The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a department through a variety of office and clerical functions. Core responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, organizing files, preparing reports and spreadsheets, ordering office supplies, handling confidential information, updating databases, and supporting special projects. The role requires strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

- 10:00pm to 4:00am Monday to Friday
- 10:30pm to 6:30am Tuesday to Saturday
- 11:30pm to 4:00am Monday to Friday

- 12:00am to 5:00am Monday to Friday
- 12:30am to 4:00am Monday to Friday
- 12:30am to 4:30am Monday to Friday
- 12:30am to 5:00am Monday to Friday
- Tuesday-Friday 10:00 pm-4:00 am and Saturday 6:00 pm-12:00 am
- Tuesday-Friday 12:30 am-6:30 am and Saturday 6:00 pm-12:00 am

Part-Time Role with potential for permanent hire after 90 days
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
This is an administrative position in a warehouse environment (wear proper footwear. Work boots or work shoes (both being made of sturdy leather) (No Mesh) when reporting (No Tennis Shoes), Dress for weather)
- Provide high-level administrative support to the department.
- Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries.
- Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage department calendars.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents.
- Valid US Driver’s License (IN PREFERENCE)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service awareness
- Boots required
