Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Rohnert Park, CA
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative you serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle returns and order adjustments as needed.
• 2 hours or less email response time
• Calls must be answered within 2 rings

Customer Relationship Support

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on delivery issues, back orders, and order discrepancies.
• Ensure customer records are updated and accurate.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to support retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in an office setting handling orders
• Resume showing experience related to this position
• Proficiency with CRM Software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
