🗂️ Position: Administrative Assistant
📍 Location: Gilroy, CA
📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday
⏳ Duration: 2-3 weeks (with potential to extend)

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Organizing and maintaining personnel files
✅ Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
✅ Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
✅ Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
✅ Keeping office documentation organized and audit-ready

What We're Looking For:

⭐ Previous administrative experience
⭐ Exceptional attention to detail
⭐ Strong organizational skills
⭐ Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
⭐ Comfortable working independently and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
