We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual LOA & Disability Coordinator for a growing company in Newton, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with Leave of Absence (LOA) and disability-related processes
• Communicate with employees, managers, and third-party administrators
• Monitor and maintain confidential employee records
• Follow up on required documentation and deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the leave process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in LOA, disability administration, Human Resources, benefits administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented
