• Shift: Must be available Sunday-Saturday within the 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM operating window (8 hour shift)

What will you be doing?

• Providing customer support through inbound phone calls, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with account inquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service solutions
• Utilizing active listening and problem solving skills to address customer concerns
• Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently

What do you bring?

• Positive, can do attitude
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ
• Flexible full-time scheduling within our extended operating hours (10:30 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday to Saturday), offering a variety of shift opportunities throughout the week.
