Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department supporting client engagement and service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Location: Johnston, RI

Pay Range:

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 4, Monday - Friday 11am - 3pm

What's the Job?

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email
  • Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
