Client Services Specialist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the office support industry, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Location: Sparta, TN (Onsite)

Pay Range: $16-$20 DOE

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Answer calls from customers and provide new quotes or order status updates on existing orders
• Respond to customer emails requesting quotes or order updates
• Manage live chat requests from customers seeking quotes or order information
• Conduct calls to vendors to find suppliers or update customers on order statuses
• Take customer orders over the phone and follow up as needed

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of relevant expierence required
• Experience in basic office skills and proper phone etiquette
• Experience in phone-based sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain detailed notes on interactions
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); AS400 experience is a bonus
