Our client is seeking a professional bubbly Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the Customer Service team supporting team and customers. The ideal candidate will have data entry, multi-tasking, and eager to learn process which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?

• Works with accounts for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system.
• Utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Monitor the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made.
• Receive and books orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through professional emails.

• 2 years’ experience required.
• Excel
• Resume showing experience related to job duties.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM
