CWR-Warehouse Associate I

Our client, a leading transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Team supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: NC, Charlotte
Shift: Thursday - Monday 5:00am - 1:30pm
Pay Range: 19.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Manually offload tires, filters, and other materials while accurately tracking inventory using an RF scanner.
• Read and process customer, shipping, and work orders to ensure products are moved and distributed correctly.
• Monitor pickups and deliveries, verify load accuracy, and support drivers as needed.
• Perform general warehouse duties including reboxing, relabeling, inventory counts, and maintaining a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds consistently.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld/RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow written or verbal instructions.
