Cycle Count Associate

Our client, a logistics and inventory operations organization, is seeking a Cycle Count Associate to join their team. As a Cycle Count Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting accurate inventory control and reliable stock records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, practical cycle count experience, and solid computer skills that align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bedford Heights, OH

Pay Range: $20

Shift: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

*TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE SOME CYCLE COUNT EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS COMPUTER SKILLS*

• Own the full cycle count process—more than just assisting with inventory tasks, you will be responsible for completing cycle counts accurately and thoroughly.
• Use computer systems to support inventory accuracy, record counts, and follow established procedures.
• Verify counts with a focus on precision, resolving discrepancies with care and consistency.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the counting workflow to ensure reliable inventory records.
• Work primarily out of Bedford, with occasional travel to the Solon facility as needed (approximately 4 miles from the Bedford location).

What's Needed?

• Some hands-on cycle count experience (not limited to picker/material handler duties).
• Comfort working with computers to complete inventory-related tasks and documentation.
• High attention to detail and strong math skills, with readiness to complete a short math test during the interview process.
• Reliability and the ability to show up consistently for the scheduled shift.
• Reliable transportation is preferred; if you’re dependable, that matters most.
