Our client is seeking a Data Entry Associate I to join their team. As a Data Entry Associate I, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Sales Order Processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable data integrity habits, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers—skills that will help you succeed in a fast, accuracy-driven environment.

Job Title: Data Entry Associate I

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Extract completed sales orders from the CRM into the ERP system (Acumatica) each day.
  • Verify the accuracy of each Sales Order in Acumatica before transmitting to fulfillment.
  • Open cases on the Dashboard to obtain additional information for incomplete documents.
  • Scan documents into document management systems or databases.
  • Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers and update customer information in Acumatica.

What's Needed?

  • 2–3 years of related experience.
  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent.
  • Proficiency using software applications, databases, and spreadsheets/word processing tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work accurately and consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
