Our client, in the logistics and document management industry, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $17.81
Shift: 07:00AM - 03:30PM
What's the Job?
- Pull individual medical files from storage boxes and identify required data fields
- Enter data accurately into the database for client records
- Transport cartons weighing 30-50 lbs to and from workstations over distances up to 20 feet
- Maintain high keystroke frequency with 10000 keystrokes per hour and 100% accuracy
- Ensure proper handling and storage of files and cartons, adhering to safety standards

- Ability to perform high-volume data entry with precision
- Physical capability to carry cartons weighing up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
- Basic understanding of data management systems
