Our client, an educational organization dedicated to supporting student success, is seeking an Educational Proctor to join their team. As an Educational Proctor, you will be part of the educational support staff supporting local schools and students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, dependability, and a professional demeanor, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Educational Proctor
Location: Little Rock, AR
Pay Range: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
What's the Job?
- Supervise students in the classroom while teachers are away.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and orderly classroom environment.
- Ensure students remain on task and follow classroom expectations.
- Monitor student behavior and address minor issues as needed.
- Communicate any concerns to designated school staff.
What's Needed?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise groups of students.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus, but not required.
