Fulfillment Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Addison, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: 07:00AM - 03:30PM

What's the Job?

• Work quickly and safely to handle products in the warehouse
• Process inventory fulfillment and assist with custom kit assembly
• Accurately record information on documents and in software applications
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 51 pounds, sometimes at shoulder height
• Operate small machines and tools including pallet jacks, scales, and cutters

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical strength and stamina to move objects and stand for extended periods
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail for order accuracy and safety compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
