Inventory Specialist - 1st shift

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team in Harmon, IL. While this is not a management position, candidates with prior leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply—your background will be valuable for handling the responsibilities involved.

Pay: Starting at $16/hour, based on experience
 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems
• Receive, inspect, and organize materials and products
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
• Support smooth warehouse operations and collaborate with other departments

🔸 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus
• Comfortable using inventory software and basic computer tools
