Office Assistant – Full-Time
Frederick, MD
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
In-office Position (Not Remote)

$18.00/hour+ depending on experience

Are you organized, dependable, and ready to grow your office skills in a fast-paced environment? Our client in Frederick, MD is seeking a motivated Office Assistant to support daily administrative and estimating department operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and assist with general office duties
  • Enter AP invoices and maintain accurate Excel records
  • File invoices, check runs, and other documents
  • Assist the Estimating Department with printing blueprints and preparing price estimates
  • Support warehouse administration by preparing weekly labels and filing delivery tickets
  • Prepare warranty packages and maintain organized records

Qualifications:

  • Strong math and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
