Onsite Service Specialist II

Pay: $29.00/hr 
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

What's the Job? 

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), vending machines, cribs, and storeroom programs. 

• Assist customers with order placement, product sourcing, quoting, and procurement support. 

• Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, and organize products throughout customer locations. 

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate min/max stock quantities. 

• Work closely with vendors to source products, expedite orders, and support customer projects. 

• Resolve customer product and service issues while providing consultative solutions. 

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities. 

• Utilize inventory management, procurement, and customer software systems to support daily operations. 

What's Needed? 

• Customer service, inventory management, material planning, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing, storeroom, or industrial experience. 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Strong computer skills 

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking abilities. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 

• Industrial or manufacturing knowledge is preferred. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support inventory-related activities.
