Order Picker

Our client, warehouse and logistics operations is seeking a Order Picker to join their team. As a Order Picker, you will be part of the Order Selection and Shipping Departments supporting production and shipping teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to meet production goals consistently, and a commitment to safe, accurate work that keeps operations moving.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Warrensburg, MO

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: Shift Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Order Selection: Pick items in assigned location(s) using a voice picking headset system.
• Label boxes accurately and move completed orders onto the conveyor line.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Shipping: Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers.
• Meet production goals in both selection and shipping tasks.

What's Needed?

• No certifications required—just a strong work ethic and readiness to work.
• Ability to lift 10–60 lbs boxes 
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8 hours per shift.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
