Part Time Retail Agent

Our client, a logistics and retail operations team, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Agent to join their team. As a Part-Time Retail Agent, you will be part of the retail support team, helping ensure smooth shipping/receiving and a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, comfort working with cash handling, and the ability to support day-to-day retail operations with reliability and attention to detail.

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm

What's the Job?

• Provide retail support at store locations, including a pop-up trailer setup in the parking lot at 2400 Corporate Exchange Dr, Columbus, OH 43231.
• Support shipping/receiving activities and help keep daily operations moving efficiently.
• Deliver friendly, accurate customer service while assisting customers with questions and transactions.
• Perform cashier duties, including cash handling, in accordance with established procedures.
• Be flexible to float between two nearby store locations (approximately 20 minutes apart) and cover for others when needed.

What's Needed?

• Experience or comfort with shipping/receiving tasks.
• Proven customer service skills and a helpful, professional approach.
• Cashier experience or the ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Ability to float between two store locations and adjust to coverage needs.
• Availability across the week (stores operate 9am–6pm), with flexibility preferred for Wednesday and Thursday.
