We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post Approval Coordinator to join our team in Franklin, WI. This position plays a critical role in supporting the post-approval insurance process by reviewing documentation, coordinating electronic signatures, and ensuring all required forms are completed accurately and on time. 

This is a back-office, email-driven role with no phone support responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy administrative work, document review, case management, and working independently in a structured environment. 

 

Job Title: Post Approval Coordinator

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $20hr

Schedule: Part-Time, 25-30 Hours per Week

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM or 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site Monday-Wednesday, Remote Thursday-Friday) 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare eligible documents for electronic signature using DocuSign. 

  • Manage assigned cases and monitor outstanding requirements. 

  • Respond to status inquiries from internal business partners and field representatives. 

  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems. 

  • Research requests and determine appropriate next steps using available resources. 

  • Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting quality and service expectations. 

  • Follow established procedures and documentation requirements.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication and professional email skills. 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Experience reviewing documents, forms, or paperwork. 

  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information. 

  • Strong problem-solving and research skills. 

Training 

A comprehensive 6-week training program will be provided. Candidates must be able to attend and successfully complete the entire training period.
