Production Supervisor

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and heat treatment services, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Heat Treatment Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $32 - $35/hr

Shift: Days, Nights (42 hour)

What's the Job?

• Manage, lead, and be accountable for crew environmental, health, and safety performance and practices.
• Monitor production and information flow paths and production rates to ensure objectives are met.
• Demonstrate commitment to servicing the customer by communicating expectations and priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans, including scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime.
• Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and problem-solving activities, including Root Cause Analysis.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour days or nights, on a 2/3/3/2 pattern.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
