Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $29-34/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple business areas. This role is focused on attracting, screening, and moving candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting activity from requisition intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support throughout the search process
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with applicants
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the hiring process moving efficiently
  • Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system
  • Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline status reports to hiring managers
  • Support offer coordination, pre-employment processes, and onboarding logistics
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
