Remote CSR Hawaii Only

Our client, a healthcare support organization, is seeking a Remote CSR Hawaii Only to join their team. As a Remote CSR Hawaii Only, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting Hawaii healthcare providers and beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Remote CSR Hawaii Only

Location: Remote (must reside in Hawaii)

Pay Range: $19.38 per hour

Shift: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm HST, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Respond effectively to inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and accurate information to callers
• Assist healthcare providers and beneficiaries with enrollment and application processing
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues, referring callers to appropriate resources when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Participate in training and shadowing sessions to develop call center and application processing skills

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months call center experience required
• Experience in healthcare application processing preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment
