Returns Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry for home improvement products, is seeking a Returns Associate to join their team. As a Returns Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Return Processing Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to recommend process improvements which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Returns Associate

Location: Lebanon, PA

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

What's the Job?

• Dispositions returned product efficiently and accurately.
• Determine customer eligibility to receive credit using a pre-set decision tree.
• Segregate credit and no credit products into groups and mark pallets with quantities and identification.
• Record all disposition data in the database with precision.
• Download data to Excel and distribute reports as needed.

What's Needed?

• A “Can Do” attitude is essential for success in this role.
• Previous knowledge and experience with power tools is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and basic math skills.
• Ability to count and document findings accurately and work with minimal supervision.
