Shipper

Our client, in Swedesboro NJ is seeking a Shipper to join their team. As a Shipper, you will be part of the Shipping & Warehouse team supporting daily order fulfillment and safe, efficient movement of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipper

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Prepare orders for shipment and check for shortages or discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Operate standard manual and automatic equipment to load material on trucks.
• Hand-stack shipments on skids and transport to the dock for timely dispatch.
• Operate propane-powered sit-down forklift to move material to proper storage locations or load onto trucks for shipment.
• Operate stretch wrap machines and secure loads for shipments while maintaining organized storage areas.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to verify labels and pick sheets accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
