Shipping and Receving

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving team member, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Receive goods by inspecting and verifying incoming shipments against pack slips
• Unpack and inspect incoming parts, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Record keeping: verify pack slips and enter items into the computer system using SAP
• Make deliveries to specified drop locations and perform mail runs within the facility
• Set up outgoing packages and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies

What's Needed?

• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn SAP and COUPA systems through training provided
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
• No prior shipping and receiving experience required; training will be provided
