Shipping and Recieving

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and safety consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving

Location: Woodridge, IL

Pay Range: $20-$22

Shift: 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday 

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping goals
• Prepare shipments and create shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, or similar systems
• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move, load, and organize inventory safely
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Support inventory tasks such as counting and tracking stock within warehouse systems

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 45 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse systems (e.g., JD Edwards or similar)
• Current stand-up reach truck forklift certification with hands-on operating experience
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliable communication skills
