Shipping Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Shipping Associate to join their team. As a Shipping Associate, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient and accurate shipping of fabricated aluminum doors and frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Associate

Location: Roselle, IL

Pay Rate: $20.08

Shift: Monday - Tursday 6:30 AM - 4 PM, Friday 6:30 AM - 3 PM

What's the Job?

• Measure aluminum extrusions to ensure precise fabrication according to specifications.
• Assemble cut aluminum components and hardware into doors and frames with accuracy.
• Inspect incoming materials visually and verify against order requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote efficiency and safety.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in fabrication or construction environments.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Ability to operate industrial saws, CNC machines, and MIG welders is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
