Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator

Laredo, TX (near Green Ranch)
Pay Range:
$17 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What’s the Job?
- Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
- Prepare and manage invoices and bills of lading for clients.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Support office operations and ensure timely documentation.
What’s Needed?
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or office administration.
- Experience with Excel and creating bills of lading/invoices.
- Knowledge of inventory processes and warehouse coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work in both office and warehouse environments.
