Our client, Warehouse & Logistics Operations is seeking a Warehouse Office Support to join their team. As a Warehouse Office Support, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting daily receiving and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment—skills that will help you keep appointments, records, and carrier coordination running smoothly.

Location: Goshen, NY
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
What's the Job?
- Check in arriving drivers and verify appointment and shipment information.
- Coordinate dock door assignments with warehouse supervisors and operations staff.
- Schedule and manage inbound and outbound delivery and pickup appointments.
- Enter, update, and maintain shipment and order information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Serve as a communication hub for drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments by answering calls/emails and resolving scheduling discrepancies.
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy warehouse office.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn warehouse and transportation management systems.
- Comfort working with truck drivers, carriers, warehouse employees, and management in a professional, fast-moving setting.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, Microsoft Office, or similar systems is preferred; warehouse/logistics/administrative experience is a plus.
