Ready to take your administrative skills to a fast-paced, logistics-focused environment? Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office operations and help keep warehouse and transportation workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring strong data entry accuracy, clear communication and customer service, and confidence working with Microsoft Office and reporting, aligning with the needs of a busy operations setting.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: St George, UT

Pay Range: $18.50/hr. Starting | $19.00/hr. After 90 days 

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative and office support for logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Enter and maintain data in company systems, including tracking logs and spreadsheets, while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Support scheduling and coordination activities, including appointments and meetings, and assist managers with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel-based tracking and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly and communicate professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, plus working knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Teams).
  • Experience supporting a warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data entry while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to complete required background check and pre-employment drug screening (including THC/marijuana), and disclose any relevant information as required.
