Our client, a dynamic organization within the warehouse and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the team’s success.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: Thursday - Sunday; 6:00AM - 4:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Prepare, send, and respond to emails with customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Support warehouse operations by coordinating communication between office staff, customers, vendors, and warehouse personnel.
  • Process and track orders, invoices, shipping documentation, and other business-related paperwork.

What's Needed?

  • Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, HS/GED Completion required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a warehouse office setting.
