 Maiden, NC
 Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 Pay: DOE (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Clerk to join a growing team in the Maiden area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:  Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
 Translate and interpret for employees as needed
 Maintain employee records and HR files
 Support recruiting efforts and scheduling interviews
 Answer employee questions regarding policies and procedures
 Assist with payroll, attendance, and other HR administrative functions
 Provide general office support

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous HR, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
