Our client, the hospitality industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Survey to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Survey, you will be part of the Customer Experience Support team supporting hotel guest relations and operational evaluations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Survey (On Call)
Location: Manhattan, NY
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, approximately 6–9 days per month
What's the Job?
- Assisting with customer surveys during hotel breakfast hours
- Greeting hotel guests and encouraging participation in surveys
- Handing out questionnaires during breakfast service
- Distributing approximately 300 surveys per shift
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

- Spanish required
- Ability to work reliably during scheduled shifts
