Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated clerical professional to join their team. As a clerical team member, you will be an essential part of the administrative support staff, assisting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant  

Location: Camdenton, MO

Pay Range: 17

Shift:  Days

What's the Job?

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms to optimize organizational efficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Enter, update, and maintain precise data in company databases and systems to support operational needs.
  • Assist with recordkeeping, document retention, and ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
  • Support managers and departments with administrative projects and daily operational tasks to foster a productive work environment.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Manufacturing or Production knowledge helpful
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
