Commercial Lines Customer Sales & Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Sales & Service Representative to join their team. As a Commercial Lines Customer Sales & Service Representative, you will be part of the customer-focused team supporting day-to-day sales and service needs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service instincts, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and the drive to follow through until issues are fully resolved—aligning successfully with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Sales & Service Representative

Location: In person Bridgeport , WV

Pay Range: $18 - $20

Shift: Weekdays

What's the Job?

• Provide customer service and support for commercial lines needs, ensuring accurate, detail-oriented follow-up.
• Assist with customer sales activities by engaging professionally and helping customers understand next steps.
• Use strong computer skills to manage information, complete tasks accurately, and maintain organized records.
• Prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while double-checking work for accuracy.
• Follow through on customer issues until problems are resolved, maintaining a service-first mindset.

What's Needed?

• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Organizational skills and a habit of double-checking work to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance licensing is a plus; support is available for the right candidate.
