Customer Service Dispatcher

We are seeking a part time Customer Service Dispatcher to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting daily freight operations. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, a calm and professional communication style, and the drive to resolve issues quickly—which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Dispatcher - PART TIME

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (part-time)

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps; process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What's Needed?

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, answering and responding to customers, resolving problems and issues
• Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
