Our client, a leading service provider in the Essex, MD area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Essex, MD

Pay Range: $22.00

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Wednesday 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

What's the Job?

  • Answering phones and assisting customers/clients with inquiries and support
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments to ensure timely service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate service contract data and records
  • Making outbound calls for service contract check-ups and renewals
  • Handling inbound calls for service requests and providing exceptional customer support

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 3+ years of dispatch/customer service experience, preferably in the service or trade industry
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional, dependable, and highly organized
  • Proficient with basic office and computer tasks, including data entry
