Our client,  is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Northbound Operations team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representative (Northbound)

Location: Mines Road

Pay Range:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks.
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and transportation movements.
• Monitor orders, documentation, and operational records.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

What's Needed?

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
