Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Location: Bessemer, AL

Pay Range: $18.75/hour

Shift: Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon | 7:00am - 6:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records and compliance

What's Needed?

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
  • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
