CWR-Warehouse Associate I

Our client, a leading transportation and logistics services company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Freight Handling functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate 
Location: Union City, CA
Pay Range: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What’s the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming merchandise.
• Read and process customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents.
• Load, unload, move, and distribute freight throughout the warehouse.
• Monitor pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate shipment processing.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.

What’s Needed?

• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous warehouse, dock, freight handling, or logistics experience preferred.
