Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Digital Process Automation Specialist- Temporary to join their team. As a Digital Process Automation Specialist- Temporary, you will be part of the Finance / Operations Support department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Design and build digital workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Convert paper forms, manual approvals, email-based processes, and spreadsheets into standardized digital workflows
• Develop electronic forms and applications to streamline business processes
• Build automated approval routing, notifications, reminders, escalations, and status tracking
• Partner with various teams to understand existing workflows and translate requirements into efficient digital solutions

What's Needed?

• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience building forms or applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into automated workflows
• Strong organizational and project management skills
