Location: Laredo, TX

Pay Range: $14.00 per hour
 

What's the Job?

• Support Southbound customs clearance operations and documentation processes.
• Review and process DODA documentation and customs-related paperwork.
• Provide customer service support and maintain communication with clients regarding shipments.
• Assist with traffic and logistics operations to ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily customs compliance activities.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customs brokerage, traffic, logistics, or related operations.
• Basic knowledge of DODA, customs procedures, and international trade operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Aduasis software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and willingness to learn.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00/6:00 p.m.
Some Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
