Our client, a leading organization in the construction and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor - Delivery Helper to join their team. As a General Labor - Delivery Helper, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the delivery and setup of materials at various job sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Labor - Delivery Helper

Location: Williamsburg, VA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: First

What's the Job?

• Load, locate, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites
• Perform pre-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure safety and accuracy
• Safely unload products and deliver to designated areas as directed by customers
• Secure materials and equipment on trucks to prevent damage during transit
• Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries

What's Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs. to carry materials such as drywall and joint compound
• Strong physical endurance to remain standing and move materials frequently
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
