HR Generalist

Our client, a distribution and warehouse operations organization, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience, a solid understanding of employment compliance, and the ability to coordinate recruiting and onboarding with confidence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Range: $40.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and HR processes.
• Support employee coaching, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities for hourly and salaried roles, including screening, interview scheduling, and support for hiring decisions.
• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation to help employees start strong and stay engaged.
• Maintain HR administration through accurate employee records and HRIS updates, including employment changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with experience handling employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting workplace investigations and resolving employee concerns appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
